Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed chilli sauce that had not been thrown out by its disposition date during the time of inspection. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. PIC removed chilli sauce during the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(L) / Removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests.
Observed mouse droppings in a cabinet and a drawer during the time of inspection. Presence of former pests or insects.

3717-1-04.8(F) / Storage - prohibitions - utensils, equipment and linens.
Observed food equipment being stored under the hand sink in the kitchen during the time of inspection. PIC removed items for cleaning during the time of inspection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed back room storage room to have several damaged floor tiles during the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
