Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed large trash can in front of the handwashing sink by the three bay at the time of inspection. PIC moved it to a different location. Handwashing sink not accessible.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the vent covers throughout the facility at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed both mops being stored in the mop buckets at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
