Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up in the ice machine at the time of inspection. PIC disposed of all the ice and cleaned up the debris. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed mop being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. PIC hung up the mops to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
