[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Observed the handwashing sink in the kitchen water below 100°F. The hot water at handsink in the kitchen is coming on and off. PIC stated it is a plumbing issue and that maintenance is working on fixing it.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed excessive ice build up from leak and condensation in the 2 door freezer. PIC stated freezer maintenance will come check the leak. Also observed some condensation in the walk in freezer.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on the fan cover of the dairy cooler.
