Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Observed fried rice hot holding at 124.5F. PIC stated the rice has been there for about 2 hours and had an employee turn the heat high until it reached 135F and above.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed no date marking on items inside the small prep table. PIC had an employee date marke them.

Complaints stated getting sick with diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, chill and sweating after consuming food a this facility on 12/30/18. Complaints stated consuming chicken and beef fajitas, shrimp enchiladas and cheese sauce and salsa sauce with chips. Observed food items (chicken, fish...) without proper date marking at the time of inspection. Also observe fried rice hot holding below 135F. PIC turned the heat high to get it to the right temperature. Observed chicken, beef and cheese sauce being cooked and/or hot hold at the right temperature at the time of inspection. Reviewed proper date marking, cooking and holding temperatures with PIC.
