Corrected During Inspection Observed boxes of food being stored on the ground in the walk in freezer at the time of inspection. PIC stated they had just received shipment and had employees place the boxes off the floor. Food stored in prohibited area.

Observed torn gasket on the Delfield cooler under the coffee brewers at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
