Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food trays to not be properly dried after cleaning during the time of inspection. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. PIC removed trays and had them dried properly.

Observed broken handle on hot holding unit during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
