Comments
Complainant stated that the deli did not have any hot water.

I observed the handwashing and warewashing facilities in the deli, bakery and produce areas and they did not have hot water. To ensure proper handwashing and cleaning of equipment the hot water should be 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The plumber was actively working on repairing the system during my inspection. The plumber could not pinpoint a time line of completion for the repair.

The manager and I discussed a current action plan for the deli, bakery and produce area to include the use electric kettles and the thermalizer (next to fryer) to warm the water to 110F or more for the three compartment sink. They have 48 hours to get the repairs made and complete.
