Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed water at handsink below 100F. PIC stated they have had a work order in on getting that problem addressed. In the meantime staff is using a different handsink.

Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed torn gasket on True cooler and cooler by tray staging area.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed buildup of debris on vent cooler of upright cooler.
