3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat There is a large piece of ceiling tile missing from the meat deptartment cooler. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair.
For a temporary fix the PIC has placed a large piece of plastic covering the hole so no debris can cause cross contamination also moved all the food equipment to the other side of the cooler so there is not food being packaged near the opening.The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
