| Complainant called in 01/27 and stated noticing a sewer like smell at this facility. Complainant stated being told it was coming from broken floor tiles in the kitchen . Complainant stated the broken tiles were giving off toxic fume. We went to the facility and talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated they did not notice any sewer like smell in the facility on 01/27. Facility had broken/missing floor tiles in the kitchen by the dishwasher but observed that the floor tiles had been repaired at the time of inspection. Did not observe a sewer smell in the kitchen at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was noted. |
