| received a complaint stating that drinks were being re-conditioned/re-served to customers after being returned for being made incorrectly. Upon arriving I spoke with the manager on duty and they explained to me that after a customer had told them about this during the incident they threw the rack of drinks away. Additionally, the manger made me aware that the employee who was doing this was a new employee and did not know this was against the health code. Lastly, the manger made me aware that none of the drinks were ever re-served and that the entirety of returned drinks was discarded. No violations were observed during the time of inspection. |
