| Complainant stated there is mold growing on the floor in the kitchen, cockroaches in the store, fridge by the ice machine has little worms under, grease trap has not been cleaned and the mop sink will not drain. Complainant stated employees are quitting over these issues. PIC stated he has never seen any cockroaches or little worms in the store. The only issue with the mop sink is sometimes when cleaning the dish sink out the excess food will clog the drain. PIC stated a pest control officer comes out once a month. He was able to provide a receipt from Orkin on 11/12/15. The only findings from that report include the door sweeps need replaced to prevent pest entry. During the time of inspection, I did not observed any cockroaches or little worms in the store. The mop sink drained properly. No mold was observed on the kitchen floors. Mops were hung properly to dry. I did notice under equipment and along the baseboards could use a good sweep and scrub. |
