Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed hand sink in meat department to have a scrubber in it during the time of inspection. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC removed he scrubber immediately.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food utensil handle to be sitting inside food during the time of inspection. Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens. PIC immediately removed utensils and placed new ones so they are not touching the food.

Observed paper towel dispenser at deli hand sink to be detached from the wall during the time of inspection. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

Observed row of internal thermometers to be inaccurate during the time of inspection. Ambient air and water thermometers are not accurate.

Observed exit door near ladders and exit door near receiving doors to have damaged door sweeps during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.

Repeat Observed an abundance of torn gaskets throughout the entire facility during the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Observed non-food contact area of the seafood ice machine to have debris build-up during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
