Observed the cardboard dumpster lid open. Several boxes are stacked outside the dumpster.
Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be: kept covered inside the FSO or RFE if they contain food residue and are not in continuous use, and after they are filled; or with tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside.

Repeat Observed handwashing soap above the 3-bay sink. The soap needs moved to above the handwashing sink.
A sink used for food preparation or utensil washing, or a service sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water or similar wastes, may not be provided with handwashing aids and devices required for a handwashing sink.
