3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Corrected During Inspection Observed a mop being stored in the mop bucket. PIC moved mop and hung to dry. Mops dried improperly.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Observed chipped and cracked ceiling drywall above the dishwaher. PIC stated there is a work order in to get it repaired. Floors, walls, and/or ceilings not smooth and easily cleanable.
