Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed broccoli in the walk-in cooler with no date mark on it during the time of inspection. . Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. PIC placed a date mark on the broccoli.

3717-1-06.1(M) / Outer openings - protected.
Observed light coming from under the back door during the time of inspection. Outer opening not protected.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed some debris on the ceiling during the time of inspection. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Corrected During Inspection Observed personal employee item on the same shelf as ready-to-eat food during the time of inspection. PIC corrected this by moving the food to the employee shelf.
