Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed philly cheese steak in the pizza make table that were made on 11/18. PIC voluntarly discarded it.

Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observed a thermometer inside the walk in cooler.

In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed several scoops stored with the handle inside the food.

Equipment and/or components not maintained. Observed a torn gasket on the pepsi cooler by the registry.

Unclean nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed build up on the vents cover of the walk in cooler.
