Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed plastic silverwares stored in the hand sink at the serving line. PIC removed them. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed build up in the ice machine. PIC made a note to empty the ice machine and clean it. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Observed working food containers without labeling (dry pasta, soy seadoning, grits, rice).

3717-1-06.1(I) / Light bulbs - protective shielding.
Observed no protective shielding on lights in the dry storage.

III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: The hand washing sink(s) were being used for other uses. Observed plastic silverware stored in the hand sink at the serving line. PIC removed them.
VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below.
VII - Protection from Contamination: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed build up in the ice machine. PIC made a note to have it clean.
