Observed no towels or drying device at the handwashing sink by the dry storage. PIC stated he will have it refilled.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
Observed dust build up on some of the vent covers. Ventilation system not maintained.
