Observed sanitizer buckets with low concentraiuon amd needing replaced. PIC had an employee refill all the buckets. Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths.

3717-1-04.4(D) / Warewashing equipment - cleaning frequency.
Observed build up and accumulation of debris on the diswasher. Warewashing equipment and/or components not cleaned at required frequency.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observded build up in the gasket of the McCafe. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
