Critical Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. The employee health policy was not verifiable at the time of inspection. PIC was provided with the Marion Public Health employee sick policy.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Level Two Certified Manager
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with level two certification in food protection. Did not observed employee with level two certification at the time of inspection. PIC stated two employees have the level 2 ServSafe but certificates were not available at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Food thermometer not readily accessible. Observed missing thermometer in the deli, produce and meat walk in coolers. PIC put one inside them.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Corrected During Inspection Working food containers not properly labeled. Observed containers of powder sugar and cinnamon sugar at the bakery without labeling. PIC labeled them.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed dust accumulation on the vents cover of the bakery walk in cooler.
