Comments
Received a complaint on 8/4/23 regarding improper food handling and suspected cross contamination. Complainant said they did not see the food handler wear gloves when making their salad and that they were handling meat afterwards. While visiting the facility and reviewing the complaint items, improper food handling and cross contamination were not observed. Handwashing areas were fully stocked and operational. Gloves were fully stocked and readily available. Food employees were not observed bare handing food. The PIC was given two informational fliers regarding handwashing and glove use during the inspection and was asked to review these fliers with his employees, as well as hang them in the kitchen to make them readily available to employees.
