| Complainant stated getting food items from this facility and observing a cockroach while unwrapping one of the food items. Complainant stated feeling ill several hours later. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. Inspected food prep area and food storage area and did not observe signs of cockroach or rodent activity in the facility at the time of inspection. Facility provided copies of the last 2 pest control inspections on 8/2 and 9/15. No rodents activities were found in the facility during both inspections. No violation was observed t the time of inspection. |
