Corrected During Inspection Observed coffee filters not protected from contamination. PIC put coffee filters in a drawer. [52] Improper storage of single-service and single-use articles.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed the 2 front kitchen make tables and the walk in freezer to have torn gaskets. PIC statred there is already a work order in to replace. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.3(B) / Fixed equipment installation - spacing or sealing.
Observed the hand sink the kitchen to have no seal fixed to the wall. Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Observed some build up on the meat slicer. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
