Comments
Complainant reported being ill by eating at this facility. Complainant stated a friend was also ill and they both had the meat and felt that made them ill. Complainant stated getting number 5 food item at the facility.
We talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated beef is used for order #5. We had PIC walk us through the process from receiving to cooking and serving of their meat. The beef comes from an approve source and is precooked. PIC demonstrated proper knowledge of cooking, holding, cooling, reheating and date marking procedure and temperature. Observed proper storage, date marking and cold/hot holding of the beef at the time of inspection. PIC stated no employee reported being ill and the facility had a verifiable employee sick policy at the time of inspection. No violation regarding the complaint was noted during inspection.
