Observed torn gaskets on the Traulsen upright cooler by the prep sink at the time of inspection. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed a build up of debris in the microwave at the time of inspection. PIC cleaned it. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Corrected During Inspection Observed an accumulation of dust on the vent covers in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. PIC cleaned them. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed mop being stored directly on the ground at the time of inspection. PIC hung up the mop to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
