[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed bags of shredded cheese and shredded lettuce that were opened on 9/23 without date marking. PIC date marked them.

3717-1-04.1(DD) / Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.
Critical Warewashing machine does not automatically dispense detergent sanitizer and/or does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Observed warewashing machine not dispensing sanitizer. PIC stated a work order has been submitted and maintenace will be in today to check it. 3 compartment sink shall be used to wash, rinse and sanitize until warewash machine is fixed.

3717-1-04.8(E)(2) / Clean equipment and utensils stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.
Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted. Observed clean containers not inverted to prevent contamination.
