Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed Marketside Strawberries with a build up of mold at the time of inspection. PIC stated they were donated to the church and had not been intended for service of the Pre-School. PIC discarded all containers. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed build up of food debris at the time of inspection on the bottom of the top oven in the back kitchen area. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.
