Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed build up on the ice shoot on the pepsi self service machine. PIC had employee wash, rinse, and sanitizer piece of equipment. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe thermometer in the "G" fridge. PIC placed another thermometer inside the unit. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed dust and build up on the grill line exhaust vents. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
