Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed scoop handle to be sitting in food during the time of inspection. Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens. PIC properly donned single-use gloved and removed scoop during the time of inspection.

Observed debris accumulation throughout the kitchen ceiling during the time of inspection. Areas of facility not maintained clean.

Observed missing/damaged tile next to the walk-in cooler containing alcohol during the time of inspection. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
