Comments
Received a complaint on 9/26 stating that the facility had allegedly not cleaned the night prior. Along with this, the women's bathroom stall allegedly has been out of order for several weeks. Customer stated that there were dirty tampons on the floor of the women's bathroom as well. Lastly, customer stated that the food was cold from the kitchen and that the mess in the bathroom stayed there for over an hour. During the time of inspection I did witness the bathroom stall to be down during the time of inspection. I did violate this under Section 60 - 3717-1-06.3(B) - Toilet Rooms - convenience and accessibility. All temps in the kitchen came out within the correct parameters during the time of inspection, and the holding area for food to be served was keeping the food within the proper parameters during the time of inspection. I did not witness the women's bathroom to be dirty during the time of inspection. The facility was undergoing a lunch rush during the time of inspection, so it inconclusive as to whether any messes were from the night prior or the day of. I did observe the floors, ceilings, and vents to be generally unclean during the time of inspection.
