Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed build up on the ice shoot at the drink machine. PIC had it cleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 2 bags of cheese that were opened on 12/17 without date marking. PIC date marked them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gaskets on the cooler at the serving area and on the make table and freezer in the kitchen. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
