| Received a complaint that stated the facility's kitchen was filthy and there is a tub underneath the sink to catch leaking water. During the complaint inspection, the kitchen was observed to be clean. A tub with some water in it was observed underneath the dish tank to catch leaking water from the dishwasher. PIC stated that the dishwasher repair has already been scheduled to fix the leaks. |
