Critical Repeat Dishwasher was not properly sanitizing dishes at the time of inspection. Facility has no way to santize dishes. Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
Repeat Did no observe towels at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).
