Comments
Complainant stated getting a whooper sandwich and was given the wrong order and employee took back the order through the window. Complainant stated being told the facility broiler was down and was not cooking meat properly so they were not serving any whooper at the moment. Complainant stated being served a burger that was microwave, was cold in the inside and was not up to temperature. Complainant also stated facility was taking back orders from customers through the window.

We talked to the PIC about the complaint. PIC stated their broiler was down for about 20 min on 1/13 because it was not properly cooking the whoopers. PIC stated they were not serving any whopper during that time. PIC stated maintenance was called right away and the broiler was fixed. PIC stated facility does not serve microwave burger. PIC stated they were not taking any order back through the window that day. Observed broiler working properly and cooking whooper at the right temperature during inspection. Reviewed proper cooking temperature and food safety measures with PIC. No violation regarding the complaint was noted at the time of inspection.
