3717-1-04.4(L) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Critical Dishwasher was not reaching 160F at the time of inspection. PIC placed a work order for the unit and will be using 3bay sink until the dishwasher is repaired. Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Did not observe thermometers in either of the warming units. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.
