Repeat Observed the door sweep on the back door with a small gap. Outer opening not protected.

3717-1-04.2(H)(2) / Temperature measuring devices - mechanical warewashing.
Repeat The temperature indicator was not working at the time of inspection. Irreversible registering temperature indicator not readily accessible for hot water mechanical warewashing operations.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed a slicer and a mixer that the PIC stated they never use. Unnecessary equipment needs to be removed from the facility. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
