Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed ice scoop in the ice vat in the bar area at the time of inspection. PIC took it out of the ice. Scoop must be stored in a way to prevent bare hand conatmination to the ice. Improper bare-hand contact with RTE foods.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Repeat Observed no managers training certification at the time of inspection. Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mop being stored in mop bucket at the time of inspection. Mops must be hung up to dry properly. Mops dried improperly.
