Repeat Handwashing sink water below 100°F. Observed Handwashing sink water bellow 100F in restrooms.

Repeat Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observe a thermometer inside the coolers underneath the grill and inside the prep table at the front.

Repeat Improper storage of food items. Observed uncovered food items in the 2 door freezer in the kitchen.

Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed condensation in the walk in freezer and in the 2 door cooler underneath the registry.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed hot holding container's lids and area around with build up.

Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the vent unit in the 2 door cooler under the registry with build up. Observed microwaves at the front and in the kitchen with build up. Observed bread crumb accumulation inside the toaster. Observed prep tables at front and in the kitchen with build up. Observed build up and debris inside the gaskets, on the doors, handles and bottoms of the freezer and coolers in the kitchen.

Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Observed the kitchen floor needing cleaning.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Facility utility line is still not repaired. Utility line need to be repaired for the facility to have access to hot water and with adequate pressure.

Water under pressure is not available to all fixtures as required. Observed all hand sinks with no pressure for hot water.
3717-1-05(H)/Capacity.
Water source and/or hot water capacity not sufficient. Observed no hot water in hand sinks throughout the facility.
