Repeat Observed no towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s) at the time of inspection. PIC found them and put them in the dispenser.

Observed non functional dishwasher at the time of inspection. Facility does have a three bay to continue operation. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises.
