Critical Repeat Observed Victory upright cooler reading at a temperature 43 degrees farenheit. PIC stated she already put a work order in and she is not using it until it is fixed. TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.

Comments
Observed upright Victory cooler temperature at 47 degrees. PIC stated maintenance had repaired it once and had to come back again to lower the thermostat. Refrigerator is still not in use. Will come back to verify it is working.
