| Complainant stated when ordering breakfast every day at this facility, the employee at the window always open the window, take the payment, pour drink and hand food over with the same gloves on. We talked to the manager about the complaint, manager stated the employee at the window does not do any food prep. Employee only takes payments and hand over orders. Another employee makes food orders during breakfast. Manager stated employee at the window only wears gloves because of cuts on hands. Manager stated according to their policies, when an employee has cuts on hands, employee shall wear a band aid and wear gloves over the band aid. No violation regarding the complaint was observed at the time of inspection. |
