Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a chemical spray bottle stored on the clean containers shelf. PIC moved it to the chemical storage shelf. Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials.

Observed the hand sink by the 3 compartment sink water bellow 100F. Handwashing sink water below 100°F.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Observed torn gasket on the Trauslen stand up freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed build up and debris on the fan cover, gaskets and shelves of the Master Bilt reach in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
