3717-1-04.4(L) / Mechanical warewashing equipment - hot water sanitization temperatures
Critical Repeat Dishwasher was not reaching 160F at the time of inspection. PIC placed a work order for the unit and will be using 3bay sink until the dishwasher is repaired. Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature.

Repeat Did not observe thermometers in either of the warming units. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.
