Critical Observed maximum wash temperature of mechanical warewashing equipment to only be 101 degrees during the time of inspection. Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Observed coffee filters to not be inverted or covered during the time of inspection. Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed microwave in kitchen to be for household use during the time of inspection. Also observed non-commercial crock-pots in the facility during the time of inspection. Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Observed corner piece of cutting board to be damaged during the time of inspection. Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable.

Corrected During Inspection Did not observed chlorine test strips for the dishwasher during the time of inspection. No sanitizer test kit available. Supplied facility with chlorine strips during the time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed cold water faucet at three bay sink in kitchen to be leaking when hot water was turned on during the time of inspection. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.
