Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a red liquid that was dumped in the hand sink at the bakery. PIC made a note to have employees aknowledge that the hand sink should be used for handwashing only.

3717-1-04.2(G)(1) / Food temperature measuring devices - availability
Corrected During Inspection Food thermometer not readily accessible. Did not observed a thermometer inside the deli walk in cooler. PIC put one inside.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed a torn gasket on a reach in cooler at the dairy.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed the ceiling around the fans in the deli walk in cooler needing cleaning. Also observed a shlef at the dairy reach in needing cleaning.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed water damaged ceiling tiles by the meat department.
