Comments
PIC had employee health codes. All employees eat in designated areas. Food bought from various companies including Produce 1 and Nurish Delight. PIC stated food is thawed under refrigeration and reheated to 165 degrees F. All food was date marked. I (Ashley Mitchell) observed an employee correctly using a thermometer to measure food temperature.
