| Complainant stated they ordered soup and that a large piece of plastic was found inside the soup, Occurred on 12/26/17, Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice. Discussed the complaint with the person-in-charge. I brought in a picture that the complainant provided. The person-in-charge stated that it appeared that the plastic was from the mac & cheese. The mac & cheese is opened and poured into a pan beside the soup. Discussed different procedures to make sure this doesn't occur again. The person-in-charge stated they will go over this at a store meeting later today. |
