Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed a coffee filter holder in the kitchen hand sink. Food employee removed the filter holder from the hand sink during the inspection and was advised on the use restrictions of handwashing sinks. Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed 2 of the hot holding units in the breakfast serving area with food temperatures below 135°F. PIC will use time as a public health control and discard the food after the breakfast serving time which consists of 3 hours. PIC also adjusted the temperatures on the hot holding units. TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature.

Critical Did not observe a backflow prevention device on the mop sink. Improper backflow prevention device installed on a water supply system.

Observed the staff restroom without disposable hand towels or drying device. No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

Repeat Observed the chest freezer gasket partially unattached as well as a build-up of ice in the freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.
